    You can't base it on buyers alone. If no one is willing to sell that low, then the item is not worth that little.


    Same thing goes for sellers. They can set their price as high as they want, but it isn't worth that much if no one is willing to buy them.

      For your first suggestion, it's alright, but you need to include sellers and sold at this price, too.
