hype on fetti effects?

ill risk a warning/perma ban to ask where i can find out more about it, because this is the 4th time ive heard about it. i checked the wiki and it didnt say anything about retired effects, are they being removed?

Nah, you wont get perma banned, but It's not really definite anywhere, there's just lots of fetti collectors, for example, I saw someone who was buying any 4 p. fetti hats for a sunbeams beret (even the 10-14 key fetti ones), huge overpay. Idk what it is, but there's lots of collectors for it now
