2 month old price, needs a bump
9 sellers on outpost and no buyers, 2 discounted due to odd levels:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11755136 1.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11225042 offer of grenadiers softcap = 1.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11617085 1.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11838512 offer of 1.33

Your 3rd link hasn't sold for 3 weeks.
It is kinda counterproof for this suggestion
how is it counterproof?
note that 1.33 was in the previous range, i'm trying to prove 1 ref is not possible here, also there are many reasons why the guy might not have accepted that particular person - his english didn't seem very good for a start
it's a counterproof because it really shows that it CAN'T be sold at 1.33
the third link had an offer of 1.33 2 weeks ago (his asking price)
He rejected this for whatever reason - maybe at the time his asking price was higher then, or the seller backed out - we can't say for sure. However it shows that someone was willing to buy at the higher range, so how does that prove it can't be bought for 1.33? If anything its the exact opposite
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198055783949 he is offline for at leaast 7 days, that's why it is unsold
guy offered 1.33 on it 2 weeks ago. wonder why he still has it
couldn't tell you, could be anything from a troll to a language barrier
A few more since you are a bit light on proof:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12387674 - 1 ref - unsold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12353754 - 1.11 ref - sold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11895435 - 1.33 ref - sold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12333393 - 1.66 ref - sold
Lol that first one got offered dirty tyrants (0.66) + 0.77. I laughed.^^
Selling =/=Sold
And also the first link is a search link >.>
oops, i'll fix that first one. Also there are so little trades of this on outpost that the whole selling =/= sold thing doesn't really apply
It always applies. If theres no proof for a price change, they dont change it. If it aint broke, dont fix it!
EDIT: Also, the offers dont appear to be accepted as of yet. Anyway, 1.33 is still in the range. Prove that 1 definately deserves to get out of it.
the point is there are only 5 usable trades out there! i can't magic up sales for you, trust me if i could draw up 2 pages worth of solds at 1.33 i would, but this item has not been up for sale all that much ever. 1 ref has been removed by virtue of omission - nobody is buying or selling at this price (see proof, offers of 1.33) hence the removal
Offers haven't sold them, and mostly everyone tried to sell for high-range (Its a fact)
Offers show that someone was willing to buy at that price, and if buyers are willing to buy at the high-range, and there are no offers at 1 ref (as is the case here), them surely that is indicative of a price increase?
Those offers don't seem to have been taken yet, and they COULD have retracted. I'm staying neutral until one officially sells at 1.33/Offer is taken and trade happens. (One might've sold or something, it I haven't checked). But I do see where you are coming from
the last link actually sold
your link 1 is unsold at 1.33.
b/o's don't matter.
They are all sold.............
