With these rarely traded god tier items, hardly anyone can say if a trade is an outlier or not. Did jewlander overpay? Did red quicksold it (he cashed out the buds afterwards). Maybe both is true. Setting the range to the two most recent sales isn't wrong imo.

Maybe , I found a few trades where the date of sale on the website backpack.tf are quoted is not true , or differs from tf2items.com . Here is not so important .
