Wow, guys, it's an obvious troll, yet you still fall for it.

"You need to provide proof", are you serious? Weapons will never be 1/3 of a scrap, so stop trying to look smart by saying "You need to provide proof", because any proof in the world won't change the price of a normal weapon. Unless Valve decides to increase the number of weapons required to craft a scrap metal, which won't happen.
