I purchased my Overclocked Stout Shako for over 2 buds ([url]http://i.imgur.com/SBkABXC.png[/url] <-- proof 118 ref, 2 keys, craft hat, + Steaming Softcap (20 keys)

I have been offered a Haunted Ghosts Billycock for it. (valued at 1.9-2.2 buds) for it.[url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11215679[/url]

So ~2-2.2buds seems like a reasonable price, and it would be nice if we could get established prices on these new effects as well.

Billycock is a 3 months old price though, orignally 2.1-2.5 so ~2.1.

Hmm he paid basically 1 bud + steaming softcap which is 1 bud average but 20 keys low end. So 1.9-2.1 would have been the correct suggestion, but still not much off.~

For the ghosts billy offer, you need to factor in unusual overpay(take the avg value x 0.9), so in this case ~1.845.

Additionally, if you can look through your trade history and screenshot proof of you buying for 2 buds, then I would probably resubmit with about a 1.8-2 or 1.85-2 bud range.

If the range is 2-2.2 or 1.9-2.1 doesn't really matter.
