The price has been skyrocketing too much lately, and IMO(and tons others'), it was better back when it was >3 ref and <4 ref. Doing maths for today's price, you'd need 152 weapon drops to buy a key without purchasing one or selling hats. With this price, you'd only need about 70-80 weapon drops, it helps with lots of people, and it works with a couple people:

Just wanna say this is actually my first suggestion.

They're buying for 3.44 - 3.88 but aren't getting sales and you have to find way more links for that and links for 3.44-3.88 sellers which is unlikely to find

I'd like to buy a maxes for roughly 18 keys, along with a lot of other people, but until I can get a sale on that, it's not going down to 18 keys.

yes the prices is so stupid keys are still the same price in store but in backpack they cost alot so i vote yesss :D

A few people don't make up the whole market of keys.

Look, I took these from most of what I saw, I even had gratitude not to do 2 ref trades. It's my freaking first suggestion. I didn't even search through the entire key trade directory.

I understand that it's your first suggestion, but if you want to make a price suggestion, you need to take proof from majority of the market because prices are based on what buyers/sellers want. 4 people won't help when there are are 20+ pages of buyers and sellers selling and buying at the current price. Sorry dude.

Keys will never be the bloody same again.

I am losing a bit of hope. If only people would just think right and just pull off a miracle of some crap. :P Now I feel my suggestion is a shot in the dark. I'm just hoping it hits.

You've got to bring people back to earth. Ding dong, this is real trading and suggestions. It doesn't matter how many you've done.

How much times do we have to explain that keys are NOT going up, but REF is going DOWN, and because people have more and more idle account it will NOT change?

At best it will reach somewhere ridiculously high like 7 ref and stop there.

uh, the reason why keys rose is not because of idle accounts. there has always been idling. the reason is profit makers and the community market.

if refined would have gone down, every item should have rose, not only the keys, that's dumb.

market is important, since less keys are being made since people are buying keys from there, not from the mann co store, also notice that the keys rose at just the same time when the community market was released.

idling has been there for years, idling has nothing to do with this, i'm repeating if that would be the reason, every item would have rose here, not only the keys.

I'm talking about the price of keys in ref.

The value of ref is falling because idling is getting more and more developed because keys are too expensive.

But since they're stupid they only make keys MORE expensive, make MORE idle accounts make keys EVEN more expensive, etc, etc, etc.

Community market and stuff isn't important, the cash value of keys never really changed.
