Suggestion: Genuine Fan O'War at 3.66–4 ref

Also, I think the other suggestion of 4.33-4 isn't accurate. If no one successive to sell at 4.33, 4.33 shouldn't be the high price. I saw unsolds at 4 and sellers even lower, and that's why I think my range is a bit better.

both 3.66 trades are quite new. I've traded with barbasolmonk before and he's been selling everything slightly below our prices here. He was selling at 4 ref yesterday ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12344815 ) but seems to want to get rid of it. The other trade is 3 hours old. I'd actually support 4 ref flat haha.

Well I agree that the 3.66 trades are new, and that's exactly the reason i didn't put the high range at 3.66. I can't use them as evidence that the fan goes for 3.66 only, but i can use them to strengthen the fact that fan is around 3.66-4, and not for 4 ref and higher.
