I am going under the assumption that, because there r not many of a certain unusual for sale at a given time, I only need proof of a sale and to show unsold above that price in order to lower the price. I assume it could sell for less than what I sold mine at and I was showing that it wasn't selling well above that point, but thank you.

for unusuals you dont need to show unsolds. you show what people are getting it for. unsolds are obviously still up, and the ones moving around are the one that will make up the range
