Ok, this suggestion is bad to start with, because it was only based on 2 offers and a bad 1 scrap change. But then both traders responded, the one guy took the 1 ref and the second guy would have taken the 1.22 ref (both from the same trader). Now that deal didn't go through which leaves only 1 trade back on outpost. A seller who would accept 1.22 ref.
