Currently only 1 exists. Robo Glove Cloud 9 sold for almost the same price as Anti-Freeze Robo Glove (This is just gauging where Cloud 9 may land on tier effect list in value) . So if that is true, the Anti-Freeze sells , usually, a bit less than Secret . Which the Fez's Secret is priced at 11-14.5 buds
Bought for my Solar Systrem Sniper Set.. Which was Planets Villian's Veil + Sunbeams Fruit Shoot . I valued that at 12 buds.
Bought from : http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12358834 + his #100 Weather Master (2 buds ish). Which I would put the Cloud 9 Fez at 9.5 - 10 .5

Accordingly, this seems like a safe value given that there is 1 only, it is higher tier than Circling Hearts, and past offers received and what I paid for it .

The price of the Fruitshoot is outdated so I dug a little bit and found it to get offers of 5 pure. The Veil is outdated here too and I'm seeing buyouts and offers at around 4 so these are conservative estimates.
Either way, your value of 12 buds doesn't hold water. I'd suggest doing research to get accurate prices on those two hats and then you can get a suggested value on this hat.
Once again, with the #100 Weather Master. We have to wait for proof of its worth.
Right now this is a bunch of hypothesis on what values are.
I am going by prices set on other #100s , as well as backpack.tf pricing it at 2 buds , but I wouldn't go by that. On TF2pricecheck I saw #100s priced at 2-2.5 buds, I can get links if needed.
And to Queen Chrysalis , the price is outdated and if anything, should be raised. That "5 buds pure" you found was rejected : http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5589731 . And he is selling it as a set so an actual price/offer is near impossible to extract.
Previous own on my Beams Fruit did not even have his listed, and he is a big Unusual trader and told me personally, and I am friends with him now, he held that set highly and was reluctant trading it . The owner shennanigan bought it , 1 month + ago, it sold for Blizzard Executioner + 1 bud . Executioner seems to have been worth 6 buds then.

Just to make this clear, I'm not arguing for the price to be lower. I'm arguing for accuracy. I say, wait until you can get a 100% accurate suggestion. As it stands, there's too much iffy-ness and Backpack.tf tries to be as accurate as possible. A bud or two makes a huge difference.

That's fine. Just throwing out my 2 cents that the accuracy is a bit in question thanks to the inaccuracy of said other hats.
So the beams fruit shot is like 6-7 and the veil maybe 3-4. Average of 10 then. He added 2 buds on it as you have checked, leaves the fez at 8. Why would you value any unusual at their b/o price, like 12 for the set?
I valued the set at 12 because I was not selling it any other than the set, and the set unusuals were exclusive and a pain to buy separately . So I got 10 from the 12, minus the #100 Weather
There are like 3 veils on outpost for 4 buds now, that couldn't be a pain to get.~

Meh basing the price of the fez just on one trade with unclear things like that doesn't feel right. Any offer near to 10 buds somewhere?
ya know, you can value your hats at whatever you want to, but your two hats were only worth 8-10 buds. and most people know, unusual overpay. You are just manipulating the price. It has barely been any time since the new crates came out, and already a cloud 9 fez has come out. Therefore it seems like a popular hat/effect, and more will most likely be unboxed.
I am not manipulating the price. I generally always suggest a new price on Unusuals I have just sold or boughten to update the price accordingly. And Yes, I would like this priced so it is easier to sell and so it is worth what it deserves to be worth . I'm sure many people suggest a price when they own the unusual , or as you say "manipulating it" , because they want the price to be accurate/higher so they can get what they deserve, so it has a price (if it has none) to be able to sell it easier, and to help others who may also have the Unusual.
Could you get actual values? Instead of your guesses? The #100 weather master price is unknown, dunno how you got 2 bud ish.
I agree your trade was very special. It was so special that it shouldn't be used as the only proof only for this hat. Also another one is on the market now (not tradeable atm though). Wait for more offers or sales until someone suggest a new price.
