That's a little too dramatic for just 1 suggestion, but what do I know, I never made one.

Just to clarify getting alot of upvotes doesnt necessarily that it's going to be accepted, if your proof is good then it will be accepted.

This is due to the fact that people that vote are biased, a good example is if you made a suggestion lowering keys to 2.33 refs even with no proofs you'll still get heaps of upvotes.

This "bias" doesnt really happen to most items unless it is a promo or is very popular. Just trying to clear up the general idea that "if i get enough upvotes it will get passed which clearly isnt always the case".
