In conclusion: People are willing to pay more for this hat as people are offering higher than market price.

Many of the dirty tossle caps are painted, so sorry for the lack of proof (But then again, many uncraftables hats are a very limited market)

Needs more proof of sales at 2.66 ref, otherwise downvote.

He only retracted his offer in the second link, but in the second link there was also an offer of 2 craft hats (2.66 ref)

The 2.66 offer was by one person, and he has since bought one for an unknown price. That particular trader was the only one really willing to offer 2.66, so I think it is a bit high. However, 2 ref offers are thrown out easily and not accepted, which indicates that the price may need a slight increase. I think a more conservative 2-2.33 might be better
