It was lowered a day ago...give a couple days. All proof prior to the acceptance of the previous suggestion is invalid because it can only be used to show trends before a suggestion and all new trades are too recent since its only been a day for these items to sell, so 1) that isn't enough time and 2) its common for stranges that are highly expensive to move slower than regular items.

If it can be bought for 23 in a bunch of places, are you saying 23 shouldn't be in the range?...

yeah, but mods don't like this as you're actually influencing the market. people will panic and sell even lower. let it stabilise a bit.
