This is my first suggestion, so yeah :) Price range is a bit too big, and needs to be narrowed a bit.
Proof: - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11942827 (sold at 3.33 ref)
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11796326 (selling for 4 ref)
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12499953 (selling for 3.55 ref)
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12458264 (selling for 3.33 ref)
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12434398 (selling for 4 ref)
Most of the trades were newly listed. Plus there is not a big demand for non-painted uncraftable kickers.
Most of the guys selling them are selling painted ones (as everyone loves to paint their kickers). This makes it really hard to justify a price.
Hardly anyone is selling this for 3 ref. Most of them are selling from 3.33 ref-4 ref. This is why I suggest the new price range of 3.33 ref- 3.66 ref. I consider It to be reasonable as a majority of the people selling them were in the 3 ref area.
Thank you for your time to read this explanation of mine. Happy voting!

Your proof proves nothing.
It proves that there are hardly any sellers for 3 ref. Thus the price can be narrowed.
that's not how it works here, also all of your so called proof is in the range. you gotta show us successful deals at 3.33-3.66 and show us unsolds at 4 refined.
You're going to need a lot more proof.
Alrighty :) Thanks!
More proof!
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11987395 (Only wants 4 ref. Paint is worth 0.66, so the seller considers the kickers to be 3.33 ref. Unsold)
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12191136 (Wants 6.22 ref. Paint is worth about 2.66 ref, so the seller consideres the kickers to be 3.55 ref. Unsold)
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12168509 (Unsold at 4 ref)
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11509389 (Wants 1 key and 3 ref. Paint is worth about 1.2 keys, so the seller values the kickers [not painted] less than 3 ref! Unsold)
- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12397815 (Wants 1 key and 2 ref. Paint is worth about 1.2 keys, so the seller values the kickers [not painted] at about 3 ref. Unsold)
People have different ways of evaluating paint prices :P
Some just tack the price on top, some average the two, some cut the paint price in half and put it on top of the hat/misc.
mm, but even incorporating your theory (i don't mean to call it a theory but i cant think of another word), most of them don't go above 4 ref.
My point is, you can't just conclude what the seller values it at, for you are not the seller.
Thanks so much for your help. Its people like you that help amateurs like me improve :)
please do not include painted ones in to your proof, it doesn't count, also the paint on a hat is considered as half paint price.
