Conservative, as it's possible to buy it for 5 currently, and that sale might very possibly have been an outlier, as it's the highest recorded sale yet (I think).

In this case and in my opinion, accurate > conservative. :/ It also isnt that far away from your new and the old range, so I dont think its that much of an outlier.
