I think it is clear that the price must rise

on a good day, and good trade;)

Selling =/= Sold and in the same way Asking =/= Getting.

As the other guy said, one guy selling for higher than its price doesn't equal its price is rising, since the hat was not sold.

Also, you have one, and that makes me think that you just want to rise the value of your own backpack.
