I'm going to try to lower this like the last guy did, let's try not to cause a civil war again.
Less than a page on OP: http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/130098082
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12478925 Sold for .66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12378771 Selling for .88, unsold for 5 days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12403502 Same guy, only now selling for .77, still unsold for 4 days
http://tf2tp.com/trade.php?trade=9612806 Selling for .55.
The other trades are pretty much unsuccessful sellers for 1 ref, no reason to put them here.
There we go, 2 selling/sold around the new range and 2 unsolds at the current range. Now please don't smite me, Vincent.
You do realize these trades here have been barley bump for days right?

Alright then, I'll resort to Vincent's logic.
Unsolds are not valid proof - A Distinctive Lack of Vincent, 2013
In that case, scratch the unsolds entirely, all we're left with is one sale and one seller, neither of which is in the upper range. If you can find a sale at .88, so be it, but if not, you're not disproving much.
Also, here's a buyer at .44.

It was a month ago, but there was a willing seller for .55, then haggled down to .44.
inb4 "but Soma, it's a quickbuyer!"
Maybe, maybe not, but it's a sale on an item that only has 2 confirmed recent sales. Maybe I should've lowered the price even more...

Also, guys, keep on downvoting my comment if you wish, but unless you provide counterproof, it means nothing.
