Think he means that that price may be slightly outdated perhaps and you should look into that before making a suggestion that only uses that item as proof.

also you have to count overpay for any item that isnt PURE(keys,buds,metal,max head...)

i wont go crazy with overpay on this lucky 42 cause its lucky.
