Unsolds or people unable to sell or buy for 3.66 ref?

Are they really necessary with the amount of unsolds at 3 ref?

Is that all possible sellers at 3 ref? I'd say a bit of proof that 3.66 or 3.33 is completely or nearly impossible would be useful and better back up the suggestion.

But at the time he posted, it was only 16 hours since the last suggestion got accepted. I don't think any trades less than 24 hours are defined to be unsold. Though he should've waited for at least a day before making another one so he could provide unsolds.
