Hrm. Well, I had this hat recently that I have sold for 320$. It's 1 of 1. It was a paypal trade with a trusted customer. Converted to a range that ended up being around that dollar value.
could you show us proof of the sale?
I can, although personal information would have to be removed.

it should just be 7.4 buds which is ~320 b/c there wasn't another sale to justify the range
Because it's a 1 of 1 hat. It's hard to fix an exact price on, but at least I'd start with an actual sale.
But that is the actual price, b/c its firm and its 1 of 1 so the first sale is the first price :/
That is the result of one sale. If we went through, and got every sale, and averaged it out, the ranges of items would end up being almost useless. That's why I made a short range instead of an exact price.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12083457 prev owner was only looking for 6 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12119416 you traded this for it
prev owner sold all this http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12082638 + more perhaps for http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,1748285572,341,5
You sold it for 320 which is realisticly 8 buds.
The range you put does not support any of these values.
You can try resubmitting as 8 buds flat since it is one of one but with both previous sales looking and sold for less, I think others would have trouble accepting such a high price.
Not sure what I would recommend honestly.
