Conclusion
Very unsuccessful sellers @ 5, willing sellers for low-end. No one selling for less than 4 or even in between 4 and 5.

Well, while there are sellers for 5 keys I see no reason to change the range. Try to find more proof. Downvote for now.

Selling =/= sold, as the 5 key sellers are basically unsuccessful. Im pretty sure that indicates a need for a drop.

I don't see proof that any sold at 4 keys. Interested buyers doesn't equal sold.
