You can freely dump the suggested price to 1.3-1.6 ref, i've lowered my price from 2.6 to 2ref 3 days ago and no one is even slightly interested.

I couldn't believe the 1.33 ref, well, upvote, but is sad this hat went for so much just because of the set bonuses.
