I do see quite a few 3.66 scattering around. Not a lot of sellers below 3.66. I would suggest 3.66 - 4.00, but you don't have to agree with me.

I know third link isn't sold, but just showing there's a guy that agreed to a 4 ref price. 4th link is actually sold, don't see it in his backpack. Anyways, you could be right about the new price range! :P
