First link was posted 8 hrs ago and was sold within hours. Similar with the second link. Neither of these people waited long enough for good offers. Too early to judge the value.
The second link was not included to begin with due to the fact that the guy just wanna get rid of it. But the first link had consistent offers around the 3 buds region and since that was what it was sold for (with no signs of quicksale), I think a price is needed at least to inform other users about what it was sold for. Price can be altered later when more sales are recorded (i.e. the roboactive KE).
Current owner has a C/O of a hat worth 5-6 buds. If someone wanted to offer that much above what you suggested, I think it is too low a suggestion price.
It was retracted, so its invalid in a way. Plus, there isn't any proof of C/O shown (not like it matters here, cuz it was retracted) and other than that, the rest of the offers aren't that much to write home about.
