You only have the proof of two links, where one has 9 views (mostly by people here) and never bumped and one sold quickly in 12 views/no bump.

The one with parts does not count.

So basically 17 is a quicksell using your proof.

I have seen 2 in the last week in an Unusual trade server get 18+ key offer(s) and the server was buzzing (he unboxed it on the server) Even if I had 18 keys and wanted to buy one and a guy was selling it at 17.5 the pain of having to get .5 of 1 key (for some mostly people that can afford such item are some what weathy I suppose) that's my take. Up Vote.
