Or should the suggestion range be 0.05 - 0.11? I see buyers buying for 0.05 but some has not been added/offered.

They just bought these cow manglers for a scrap because of the new particle and sound. Nothing special. (A lot of people selling other weapons for a scrap. Doesn't mean it is a scrap :/ )

When you buy a weapon for a scrap from a trader, you essentially pay an extra weapon for the convenience of not having to wait for a lucky item drop or going through the hassle of making your own.

We all know 1 regular weapon is worth 1 regular weapon, but we pay scrap anyway so we can get it now, instead of later.

Hmm I can't imagine my 100 Cow Manglers would influence my decision at all, but since it is just a wep and you can get any wep for a wep, I'm downvoting.

But anyway regarding the issue of how this is just a "hype", that still means that it's in high demand and that the price rises. So what if it's just a hype, that's the current value rising right now.

Once the hype for this weapon drops, so will it's value and then we'll make a new suggestion to drop it's price back to 0.05 again. :)

Well, selling weapons for 1 scrap is really basic and normal, and the buyers are only to get the item faster and try it out.. Its just a hype, wait for it to cool down.

I see no reason to make this weapon unlike the other ones just because it has bee n buffed. So? People selling for 1 scrap - common occasion for every weapon. People buying for 1 scrap - just to get the weapon and try it out. So, when these trades are gone, no-one will buy at that price because.... well they just dont need it anymore! Again, downvote, because this is just temporary, won't last for a week, and I dont see it as a different weapon among all the others.

There was a hype because of the Vaccinator, Loose Cannon and Rescue Ranger, and the weapons were needed to craft them. So everybody didnt give a fuck if they're overpriced, they just wanted to get the new weapons.

I use this weapon more then before, Upvote I say.

Just because you use this weapon alot doesnt mean its more expensive.Take the ambassador for example, the most used revolver for spy, it isnt 0.11 is it? Its 0.05, prices are high and such only if its rare, e.g burning team captain etc.

People usually buy 2 weapons for a scrap, and sell 1 weapon for a scrap. This isn't really a change in price.

I have not come across people buying successfully for 1 weapon. Can I include 0.05 in the new range if I have no proof but 0.05 is the current range?

When people treat it as a weapon, they craft it, not sell it so you probably won't find proof of that.

I'm asking because I've seen some trade offers that offers 1:1 weapon exchange (but not for Cow Manglers, for now).

I agree with Jazz Mann here. Though some are willing to pay extra, it's still considered a normal weapon and at least the low end of the range should show that.

This is really just a hype, because it's been fixed so that it's so powerful.

It drops like a weapon, it functions like a weapon, it's just a weapon, and very rarely do weapons, other than those that are only avalible through crafting. It'll wear down in a few days.

Many weapons are priced at .05 but are never suggested price to 1 scrap

seems like .05-.11 would be better range, if you were to raise the price at all. It's still a unique weapon that drops on its own, so a flat price of 1 scrap seems high for it, especially since the post-update hype will end soon.

Also, and I'm not 100% sure, but are the seller trades valid for something like this? I could find a bunch of 1 scrap sellers for any unique weapon available on outpost, but I don't believe that warrants an increased price.

So if this passes, scrapbankers will consider cow manglers as a scrap each. Weird...

I'm upvoting. I like this weapon and always have, it deserves a little boost.

Don't you get it? It's not about what it does, it's about what it has. The new particle effects are what everyone is hyped about, but when everyone has one, the hype will go down so there is no reason to change the price to a scrap.

It's hype, while it may be a more accurate price it's pretty redundant to put it at a scrap for it to fall back to 0.05.

0.05 ref-0.11 ref would be way better than 1 scrap flat. YOU NEED 0.05 ref in the range because it is part of the definition of a craft weapon. 0.05 ref = craft weapon. This is a craft weapon. Therefore 0.05 ref has to be included in the range.

Im not sure if we should raise the price on a "craft" weapon without significantly more evidence. All of the buyers got threre's already and people sell weapons all the time for .11
