I bought 2 yesterday at .22, a range might be better.

Well I didn't include 0.66 ref.
I mean .22-.33, but whatever it's just 1 scrap.
Two 0.22 sales is pretty strong counter-proof, I reckon. Shows that it's still possible, so a range might be better.
What about the 0.66 ref willing buyer?
That was a week ago, the sale still hasn't happened and the buyer is probably quite new to trading (<150 ref backpack). This suggests that the 0.66 is an outlier, compared to the relative abundance of proof of 0.22-0.33.
Alright,
resubmitting.Edit: But then again, there's a 0.33 ref buyer so why include lower?

It's difficult, and that's a fair point, but 2 sales at 0.22 is counter-proof nevertheless. You might succeed in this one due to that buyer (and good luck c:); I'm just saying macascfl and I would be more comfortable with 0.22-0.33, I guess.
