This hat definitely needs a bump. Last time it was updated was 4 months ago. Yes I own one, but it's my dream hat, so it's unlikely that I will let it go for under 9 buds. Have a look at the evidence I have. All the offers are from newest to oldest.

8-9 buds would have been good... but because of the recent price change your range has been messed up. Gonna stay neutral on this.

the 8 pure offer had a brigade already for months. I am assuming that he got a offer of over 8 that has was going to accept and then turn around and buy another one for 8. (he says he will pay 8 "hopefully later today") N/A
I do not feel comfortable raising the price to where it is when there are clearly two people who only want 8 and 8.9 pure but are only receving unusual offers which they prefer not to resale.
This is a very tricky case. If we are going to raise the high end all the way to 9, I would like to have CLEAR unusual overpays or FIRM pure offers.

I want to add at the end that I may seem very picky here but we have to be very careful about raising the price of higher tier unusuals without firm pure offers to back them up. I have a bad feeling about this one and I may seem to be discriminating but that is only my gut feeling on this one.
Remember when you resubmit this, to use unusual overpay, use the low end of the price range not the mid.
