This item is a hat and since most hats are 1.33 I believe this hat should be no different.
This hat is no different from other hats and there is nothing that makes it more special.
No evidence as of yet as people are not sure of what the price is and people are selling the new hats at very erratic prices ;)

You can't just decide the prices. You have to see real examples of it being distributed.
