Where is 2.5 buds coming from?

The Cloud 9 Topper and the Dead Presidents Leadwear. Even though they don't have a price, they're most likley worth 2.5+ buds

Yeah but I don't think that Halloween paint retains it's entire value after it is applied to a hat

I saw that but I don't think the bottom range is accurate for the reason I said before.
