Re-suggesting with more proof and more accurate range.

Stats:

11 Pages on Outpost for sellers, 7 of which are unbumped. Almost none are in sets or painted.

8 Pages on Outpost for buyers, 5 of which are unbumped. Most are trying to low-ball (1.33-2) with little success.

Now I understand selling =/= sold, but this is a fairly new item on the market, and so it is difficult to buy/sell for a fair price when there's no guideline. Most sellers are trying to get what they can out of it and are declining offers they should take, buyers are doing the same. This item is one of the least demanded from the update as well, so the sales aren't as fast as one would expect.
