Hugh made a similar suggestion, but I believe there's proof enough to remove 1.66 from the range. The number of 2 ref + trades clearly outnumbers the 1.66 trades.
Want to buy for 1.66, but no adds- (Fairly recent)

I found some proof, as well as borrowing from hugh's suggestion.

2.33-
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12532762 - sold these 4 for 2.33 ref each, yes I do realize theres only 1 offer of 2.33 but people just added me for 2.33 ref

Open to even more proof and counter proof.
2.66 isn't in any range...
Why do I need more proof for 2.66 when it's not in the range..
I put it there to strengthen 2.33, not 2.66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12711418 (20 Hours)- Not bumped
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12718214 (15 Hours)- Has an add
COUNTER PROOF: some of these may have not sold, but there are quite a few nevertheless:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12703325 1.66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12702412 1.66 most likely sold, 2 adds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12739154 1.66
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12679595 sold, has an add
My advice? 1.66-2 ref. These seem the most common prices. I agree that 1.33 should be bumped up a bit but the current range is off.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12718214 (15 Hours)- Has an add
Doesn't say added for l'etranger.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12711418 (20 Hours)- Not bumped
Still not sold.
And your 4 1.66s are just quicksells. Even if they were real trades I'm pretty sure 24 trades of 2+ ref is more proof than 4 'trades' of 1.66.
All your 1.66 sellers sold extremely quickly, so we need to discuss whether we're counting it as a quicksell yet. Also, 2.33 does needs to be in, since its even more common than 1.66.
I haven't listed any 1.66 sellers...Oh you meant him, lol.
The 1.66s sold quickly because they were quicksells and the buyers knew they could resell for a higher price (like 2.33) to an eager market.
You might have a point there. Changed to unsure.
Well the first link was actually looking for one, not to re-sell. (Sold to this guy: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12704465 )
Second link, same thing ( Sold to: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12611288 , was willing to pay 2 ref)
Third link is a re-seller: (Sold to: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12739466 )
Fourth link was actually looking for it (Sold to: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12620299 )
But yes, they were picked up way too quickly to be counted. I already upvoted. Looking at Hugh's suggestion, it supports your range, since the 1.66 offers he showed were beaten quickly as well.
Looking for one doesn't mean he's not going to resell it for a higher price :P
And for some reason all your links are broken.
My links all work for me o.O
But I'm just saying we don't know for sure that theyre re-sellers, so we can't use that for a reason for them being quicksells.
The definition of a quicksell is always sketchy but in this case it does seem to be a quicksell. Please excuse my paranoia :P
It would at least have been fair to let a decision be passed on my suggestion or maybe informing me to resuggest instead of doing this and takin my proof without permission. Feels like a real rep whore move.
When I looked earlier you were offline.
I'm convinced my range is more accurate, if you were online I considered asking you to close yours.
I apprecate the proof though, but kind of hypocritcal as even in your suggestion you used proof from the last suggestions.
It's your fault for not having a more informed range, as well.
Also, I stated that I used proof from you. Not stealing, really. It's the internet, grow up.
Not on topic here, but that last sentence doesn't need to be stated at all.
When I looked earlier you were offline. Could've asked on the suggestion.
I'm convinced my range is more accurate, if you were online I considered asking you to close yours. No interaction happened so it was a wrong move.
I apprecate the proof though, but kind of hypocritcal as even in your suggestion you used proof from the last suggestions. Last suggestion was 3 days ago, and any proof that helps your suggestion is still valid.
It's your fault for not having a more informed range, as well. And how would that be?
Also, I stated that I used proof from you. Not stealing, really. It's the internet, grow up. It's called being a thief, not an accurate suggester. Since you take from others and don't apologize for it, I think you should grow up.
Just because you find proof doesn't make it your property.
It's a webpage containing information for all to see, not for one to claim and distribute as he sees fit. I don't need to apologize for using public information.
Anything else in your comment I don't care enough to defend myself against.
Also I agree with soup, none of these comments are on topic. Please refrain from posting any other comments like this. Keep your hate somewhere else.
I was referring to your rather stark statement "It's the internet, grow up."
In topic, this is a better range (though I question your motives and methods)
A vote up.
My motive was just to fix hugh's range. I don't dislike him, I even respect hugh for his contribution to prices.
But I'm sure he can take a closed suggestion for a faulty range ;P
