CONCLUSION:

Due to the immense amount of offers below 19 keys, I'm eliminating it from the new range.

Only one unusual offer barely hit 18 Keys, even after overpay, so I'm not including that in the range.

17 Keys is more common for the high range

Sales and considered offers at shows that 14 keys can be a reasonable low range.
