As you can see, there are sellers within 3-3.33 ref. They seem to be sold most at 3 ref or below but 3.33 is possible. Anything above isn't. 3-3.33 sounds like a good range as no one will buy higher then 3.33 (it is max) and most will look around 3 ref or a bit lower (min. price).
