CONCLUSION

A key is somewhat possible though pretty hard to sell.

Not a ton of proof, but I agree with the range. I sold mine for 4.33 right after they became tradable. Good luck, because if it does get accepted it seems like a tight squeeze.

I actually got more of them. I've managed to sell 5 of them at 3 Refined in the last 24 hours. I think I could go up some and still be in quickselling range though.

People may well be buying for 3+ ref on outpost but the price on the steam community market is currently about a ref £0.27 GBP at the time of posting this and looking at the sales graph it has been around this price pretty much since release.

Wallet is worth a lot right now because of the Steam Sale. Pretty much everything else on the market is real low right now. So it isn't unexpected for it to be lower than outpost.
