Mostly unusual offers in the bud range. Best pure offer is 24 keys. Best unusual offer would probably be Stormy Counterfeit Billy, which imo also needs a price update, but pc'd currently at 1.2-1.5, which is 1.2-1.3 taking into account overpay. Next best is probably Blizz Softcap which is pc'd at 1-1.4, which would only be 1-1.1 with overpay. None of the offers even meet the current minimum.

This one's a little better. Best offer would be either O Fire Connosier which is pc'd at 1.2-1.5, or around 1.3 with overpay, or Steaming Tree + 1 key. Which is around 1.3-1.4. Barely brushing the minimum price, nowhere close to 1.8.

Hat would probably have more interest if the pc was more accurate. Not a lot of evidence, but should be enough seeing how many of those trades have been open for a very long time.
