Find proof of sales, offers dont make *new* prices
he has proof its a new effect its the only 1 on outpost so i dont know what ur saying ? and btw he got offered that price range, i hate when people dont know what there saying.
What Im saying is, wait until you sell the unusual. Unusuals without prices cant be priced with offers, sales are what matter. I know 100% about what Im saying.

The 10 pure offer is rather old, and is from hype, were we to price unusuals based on offers when the hype was up, I would definitely show a offer for my phantom of a burning phantom+ fetti tower and genuine ap-sap.
However, that is not the case, and in general using unpriced unusuals offers on a new price suggestion requires excellent timed and accurate offers on it, which is not the case.
For the future try to set out the offers, for example the bp set up its contents with a price beside each one.

Firstly, you are extremely rude, telling people not to comment, instead of learning from your mistakes.

The thing with offers is people can use their friends, and then have them retract, which is why sells are used.
This suggestion will be closed probably, have the sell, screenshot, and walla, it'll have the price you seek (if that's what he pays with he's different account and all).
