Please read all before voting. I suck at counting. Yay, Another 1:1 Unusual! Why a range? Well because there were two sales! Unusual Overpay is Calculated.

I bought this Unusual for 15 Pure Keys.

I sold it to this guy for...

Purple Energy Magnificent Mongolian (~29 Keys After Overpay) and I added a Strange Reserve Shooter (~1 Key) + 3 Keys. So... 29 - 4 = ~25 Keys.

It seems to my counting that you paid 15 keys, but I could be completely wrong, also you'd have to count unusual overpay with who you sold it to which is roughly 10% to my knowledge.

I've already counted the overpay. Try doing it yourself. I multipled the two ranges of the Mongolian by 0.9 and took the average of the result. Did you not read the part when I typed "Unusual Overpay is Calculated"?

mid price is ~29 keys right? -10% = 29 - 2.9 = 26.1 so ~26 keys would be counting overpay. Then you added 4 keys (1 with item) so ~22 keys. That should be the high end I'm pretty sure. Also why bother disliking my comment, I'm just trying to help.

What the heck are you talking about? 1.1 times 0.9 = 1 Bud = 22 Keys and 1.6 times 0.9 = 35 Keys. Average those two and you get ~29 Keys. Then subtract 4 because of the things I added to get 25 Keys. What the hell are you talking about, this is a price suggestion, not fricken Math Class.

I see you have averaged them, but backpack.tf has averaged them for you already, that is not calculating unusual overpay. As I said above where I took 29 keys (the average) and - 10% (unusual overpay). That is what I said from the beginning.

Please do multiply the average by 0.9 because you then get 26.1 keys as I said before. Then you can take the 4 keys away from that to get the ~22 keys. I don't understand where you are going with this.

What are you talking about...? 29 is the average AFTER I MUTLIPLED the Low and High range by 0.9 of the Mong. Then I subtracted 4 Keys. To get 25 Keys. I don't know WHERE YOU are going with this.

Look we were just trying to help you get the range right, to put it in the simplest way I can:

29 keys = average of the Mongolian price range.

-10% (or multiply by 0.9) = unusual overpay.

29 keys x 0.9 = 26.1

26.1 - 4 = 22.1

Round to 22 keys.

My range is fine. Why don't you check how I price my unusuals on my profile and everyone of them got accepted. Stop judging me holy crap. Did you not see what I typed? 29 is the average after I calculated overpay. Man, do I have to drill that into your head or something?

Dude pretty much all price suggesters on here take the middle price then find 90% of it and take that as the value from which to base a range. If the mid-price is 29 keys you multiply it like Bumblepig already did. It ain't hard to do. And trust us, TF2 is a mathematical minefield and you need to do it right in order to do it well.

The mid price of 29 keys is after I counted the overpay of the low range and the high range of the Unusual Mong.

But you don't average both ends, you average the middle price, look at other suggestions, all across bp.tf. Do it this way if you want but you'll come under a lot of scrutiny by much more senior members than us.

Really. Coming from the person who has only one Unusual suggestion accepted. I have done my method of Overpay using the high and low range multiplied by 0.9 then averaging for 10 UNUSUALS on this site and they have all gotten accepted. Take a look yourself on my profile. I have never gotten haggled from the senior members at all. Will you give it a rest? It's one price suggestion and you keep attacking me like a bear with rabies.
