If it's not selling for 1.33 and not even for anything over a rec, why is 1.33 in the range?

Because the 1.33 trades represent 50% of the market

One person is selling at 1.33, one is selling at 2, some for offers, and the rest for 1 ref or less. I don't know how you came to the "50% of the market" conclusion
