4.3-4.7 is the range
note: took lowend of spartan because median * .9 should not be under the lowend, as well as the range for the spartan is pretty small.

update: just got offered 1:1 with cloudy moon jeepcap (4.6-5 buds) i know i have no way to proove it cause its on a PPM unusual trade server but his name is back2thepack or somethign like that
just felt like sharing that cause it prooves that the suggested price range 4.3-4.7 is very accurate
so you take the low end value of the hat aka 4.6 which is in the range

Range too high, I'd say.
4.2-4.7 and 4.3-4.7 are pretty close id say...
It's impossible to sell G.E Drill's for 4.2 buds. Needs a new price. Most owners taking 4 - 4.1 offers.
