I've sold 5 for 1.33 each recently, the 1 ref trades don't remain unsold for long.

Besides, he's in a good position to tell what is a quicksell for this item and what is not since he obviously deals in them often. Not to mention his proof is good enough on its own.

Had someone try and buy mine for 1.33 Ref on Dustbowl earlier. Wasn't interested in selling it, but upvote for sure since there's a decent demand for it.
