I think you have to use the low end of the Jeepcap to count in unusual overpay
Or multiply the median value by .9 to get 4.3 buds
well it is a new hat and have no price on it so i wont use overpay.. beacuse that make no sense it didnt had a price to calculate an overpay.
i bealive the average is fair for both seller and buyer

it is not my first suggestion but when we are setting prices for unpriced hats ranges work a little different
i just had those proofs if someone can use them for a better suggestion he is free to grab them and do so
Well, we'll wait and see I guess. Personally I think including unusual overpay is better when making a new price, as it helps minimise the effect of hype.

WTF The price should be higher,this hat is perfect for bank robbers and it has the most logic effect!!!! i suggest 7-9 buds!!!
That's my opinion,unusual hats shuold be evaluated according to their logical counterpart (the effect)
it is not about asumptions but proofs. those hats will rise is my guess but cause they are the only winter hats for spy. but right now are out of season

The spy is always wearing a balaclava, so therefore every dead presidents spy hat would fit this criteria? I don't think so.
