Unless I am mistaken, not a lot of offers go over 3 buds, even unusual ones.

(I do use the overpay rule for unusuals, even on unique items. Take this into consideration if pointing out a high offer that I missed)

Low end should be bumped to 2.9, but I just don't see 3.3 buds happening.

From what I know, re-confirming is only in unusual prices.
