Quite a few of sellers are selling for 21 keys or the odd occasion of 20. [Proof below]

The majority that are selling as a fixed price are either selling for 21 or 22 keys, and as I can only base my evidence on the currently selling market below the current price, I have only found 2 sold recently at 22 keys.
