if you are gonna be like that, you can doubt anything, maybe none of the 3.66 actually accepts friend invites, maybe they all refuse selling when you add them. you can't tell and as it says 4 ref, and it sold, we just assume it is sold (unless you are gonna add everyone) (which can be wrong, they could lie, screenshots could be faked, nothing can be 100% sure)
