Counter-Suggestion: 0.8 keys rarely happens and is a quicksell/quickbuy price. 1 key is the most common buy/sell price.
Sellers:

Solds:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12931667 - 0.8 - sold instantly
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12668318 - 1 - has many and has sold at least 1

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12989856 - buyer for a 1 key item
Genuines don't sell instantly. Any price that sells instantly shouldn't be in the range. Some of the links on the other suggestion are never bumped and at least one of his unsolds at a key for a week has many and has sold at least 1 for a key.
When I made that suggestion that was every trade open at the time for this particular item. Going with the backpack mentality that selling =/= sold, this isn't really proof either way. To be technical your sales are .8+.8+1+1+.9 (ts paint)/5=.756, rounded to .8
(1) My point was more that both 0.8 trades sold instantly -- quicksell. Genuines don't sell instantly.
(2) Some of your proof wasn't really valid. Like your unsold at 5 ref got an add after a few bumps but was afk and rarely bumps it. Your unsold after 1 week has actually sold at least 1 (he had at least 9 in stock).
(3) That rule of selling =/= sold primarily applies to people trying to raise the price of an item.
(4) Some of the sellers at 1 key above have now sold.
Wasn't saying you were definitely wrong, mate. I just feel that .8-1 is a better range, and was explaining my logic to that suggestion. Are they really quicksells though when it's so rare to even get 1 key? Just my line of thought.
But it's not hard to get 1 key. All of your unsolds > 3 days are unbumped/afk or have actually sold.
Since we both posted our suggestions, several unsolds have sold:
