Cloudy and Secret are often above Burning, and for people like Knifestorm on Spy. However, yes its prolly due for an update if you really want.

Just because its "OMG ROBO-EFFECT AND THERES ONLY 2" doesn't make it worth more. supply =/= demand, you can have 1 of 3 in the world but if nobody wants it (and most people don't want a memory leak janissary ketche) then it's not worth much. That, and you have absolutely zero proof to back up this claim. Show us some offers in the 3 bud range and then you'd have an upvote. People with their dumb prices on their dumb robo effects man
I can not imagine spending more than 13 keys (At tops) on a memory leak Ketche. It's a genuinely awful hat and the effect is very low.
