It can be implied he was quickselling it since he CAME TO A QUICKSELL THREAD TO SELL IT.
Not valid proof. Also, it got an offer of 15 keys in items WITH OVERPAY. So the high end should be 15, not 14. Horrible suggestion please an hero.

Your proof isn't valid, heh. You can't count quicksells as proof and you also failed to see that 15 keys with overpay was rejected, and he was willing to add (so you can assume it was about 16 keys, still WITH overpay). People like you are ruining the economy.

There was also an offer of 15 keys and willing to add (and overpay had been factored in) and was rejected. That's why 15 as a high end would be more reasonable.
