Someone offered me a green confetti broadband bonnet on my strange festive minigun if he added 2 keys so purple confetti is a similar effect so this should be a good starting range for the hat and effect noting that this hat with this effect can be uncrated in any crate at the moment.

Well, I couldnt find any proof but this suggestion is based in prices of the normal bonnet compared to other confetti robo-hats and the popularity of them.

Do you have a link of a trade or a screenshot or anything that shows that someone would actually pay this amount?

I believe it actually means Call Offer, which is what the best offer is. I always think of it as Counter Offer, as it makes more sense to me : p

it would just lower our rep here, and your price is inaccurate, since the only unusual of that type has a current offer(i hope i'm doinitrite) of 1 bud and 15 keys or ~1.7 buds. Thus, your 18-23 price range is incorrect

I also downvoted for several other reasons:

1. Your offer was for a Green Fetti Bonnet, and your suggestion is for a Purple Fetti Bonnet.

2. Your maths is a bit iffy. If you were offered on your festive minigun then you'd have to lower the upper range as well. Plus, he offered an addition of 2 keys, not 4, meaning you lowered the low end too much.

3. There are actually offers on a Purple Fetti which contradict your proposed range. Just take a look at Pear's Post.

TL;DR - You don't have proof of your range. Sorry, but you kinda need it to pass a suggestion on here : /

Well the one of these hats on the market [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12764999[/url] has offers of 1 bud + V. Luger ~ 29 keys and 1 bud + 15 ~ 29 keys, so purple seems like it's worth more than green, they arent always the same
